Mr Vincent suspects the family deliberately narrowed the corridor by placing potted plants and drying racks there. He also claimed they would sometimes stand in the way, as if to block others from passing.
It was reported that he and his family had never engaged in arguments with them, despite attempts at provocation.
Another resident on the same floor, who preferred to remain anonymous, told reporters that there are five units on that floor, and everyone has lived together for 40 years. However, she has never spoken to or interacted with the sisters.
"They often curse at people, and the things they say are unpleasant."
She revealed that the town council issued a notice last month asking the family to clear the corridor. The sisters, however, believed a neighbour had complained. As a result, they cursed at the other residents for several days.
